Sound - Do you need it? Will it be on the internal, or external microphones? Is the audio audible but not peaking?

White Balance - White paper in the lighting conditions consumes the frame, repeat for every change.

Exposure - No zebra, but bright enough to see what's going on, ND Filters

Focus -  Zoom in on the eyes to get the focus.

Framing -  After everything else, work on the shot type, angle, and overall framing.
